SHIPPING
At the moment I am offering tracked flat rate shipping with Australia Post. Some items are available as untracked letters. Anything that has weight to it can not be sent as letters outside of Australia. I apologise for this inconvenience.
Processing time is between 48-72 hours. Delivery will take anytime between 1-14 days, possibly a bit longer depending on Australia Post's timeline during busy shipping periods.Â
Once the package is out of my hands, I cannot control or guarantee the condition of it's arrival. If an item becomes lost or stolen in the mail, it will not be replaced. I apologise for any inconvenience. I am an independent artist which means I am broke and unable to fit the same expectations that Amazon can.

In the event of your package being marked as delivered but not turning up, I am unable to refund your purchase.
